: The company interested in doing petroleum work shall submit a sealed bid to the department in the format as per Schedule-1, within the time limit mentioned in the notice as per Rule 3. (a) Evidence that the bidder is a company.
(b) Name and address of the authorized person to act on behalf of the bidder.
(c) Evidence that the bidder has the ability to arrange the necessary capital, equipment, tools, tools and experts for petroleum operations.
(d) Method and time schedule of investigation work.
(e) Minimum program and budget for the exploration period (including two additional periods).
(f) If more than one person is a joint contractor, their mutual relationship, responsibility and percentage of their share.
(g) Annual program and budget for the first contract year.
